We offer standard and express shipping worldwide.

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to prepare your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

 We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. 

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your "My Account". If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). Please send the unused item(s) in its original and unworn condition with PERMARE tags intact.

Items with any tags or liners removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.  PERMARE reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.

All returns are at the expense of the customer. please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.
